Job Description

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Dealmaker
  2. Memimpin tim sales untuk bisa mencapai target
  3. Memonitor dan memastikan seluruh proses sales berjalan dengan efektif.
  4. Melakukan komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan fungsi lain di perusahaan sesuai kebutuhan proses sales.
  5. Menjaga project/layanan yang telah didapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai kesepakatan dengan klien.
  6. Membuat laporan hasil kerja dan pencapaian tim
  7. Memonitor project yang berlangsung dan menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada


Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan S1

• Pengalaman sebagai sales supervisor minimal 2 tahun

• Kemampuan Leadership dan mengelola tim

• Berpikir Kritis, Cerdas dan Agresif

• Analisa data dan pengembangan strategi penjualan berdasarkan data

• Pengambilan keputusan secara cepat dan tepat

• Kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik dengan customer dan korporasi

• Dapat berbahasa Inggris aktif
