Sales & Staff Tax Accounting

TMJCC Group is a company engaged in the F&B industry which is currently developing and requires professional candidates for the position of Sales Staff & TAX Accounting Staff to join us immediately.

Responsibility :

(1) Sales staff

- make visits to new Outlets / Prospective Customers

- Establish & maintain harmonious and effective cooperation

- Responsible for filling CRM

- Responsible for the target that has been set

(2) Tax Accounting Staff

- Ensuring that all ledger accounts and subsidiary ledger records are updated manually

- Prepare financial reports (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow, equity statements)

- Monitor settlement of advance payment and budgeting

- Understand about tax programs, such as e-spt and e-faktur

- Prepare tax payment and tax reporting such as PPH 4(2), 21, 22, 23, 25, 29 (annual tax) and VAT

Update the new tax regulations

- Handling AP (vendor payment schedule) & AR (invoicing)

- Handle the EOM process: check, analyze and reconcile all accounts, bank statements and supporting lists

- etc

Qualifications :

- min. SMA (1), S1 Accounting/finance (2)

- Experience min. 2 years (1&2)

- Have a vehicle & Active SIM (1)

- placement in serpong tangerang (2), jabodetabek & bandung (1)

Working hours: Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00
