Job Description

Responsibility :

• Develop the best strategy in area to achieve effective work flow and income through goods promotion, area mapping, personnel coordination & education.

• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth.

• Make monthly reports for suppliers containing, among other things, sales data, progress on new product business development.

• Prepare a 'Key Project' based on the needs of the company and customers.

• Monitor sales activities, analyze data, and identify trends for continuous improvement.

• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve company objectives.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to identify business opportunities


Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Manager

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Strong communications, leadership, team management skills, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Solid understanding of sales strategies and techniques, such as canvassing, upselling, cross-selling, etc.

• Familiarity with the market dynamics and regulations in Indonesia.

• Experienced in Financial or IT company (especially : cellular provider, PPOB, Payment Gateway)
