Sales Cassava
General Overview
The Sales Cassava will identify business opportunities and manage partnerships with tapioca factory, negotiate on the selling price and monitor the price. This role will report directly to the Branch Manager.
Roles and responsibilities

• Analyze offtakes sales and operations to increase sales and offtakes process efficiency
• Identifying business opportunities and extend partnerships to offtakes buyers
• Deepening existing relationships and assisting transactions with buyers
• Support the Branch Manager establish contacts and develop relationship in the region

Pre-harvest season

• Manage key accounts and groom top buyers to key account status
• Buyer onboarding to JIVA system
• Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospective buyers (tapioca factory)
• Support the Branch Manager and Sales manager in establishing contacts and develop relationship at the branch level
• Gather crops buying prices from buyers (tapioca factory) in the region

Harvest season

• Attending post-harvest events with buyers
• Ensure that buyer are paying based on the contract term
• Monitor buyer performance
• Assign harvest to buyers with logistic executive

Requirements :

• Have a leverage networking with tapioca factory in Lampung.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with cassava industry
• Willing to be placement at Lampung.
• Proven work experience as a purchasing or procurement of raw material (cassava) in a tapioca factory or cassava processing for at least 2 years
