Job Description

Specific Requirement :

  1. Minimum 4 years experience in RPA especially UiPath
  2. Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, or JavaScript, as well as experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
  3. RPA Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automated, Automation Anywhere, or WorkFusion, and experience in creating bots and automating business processes.
  4. Business Process Understanding: Understanding of the business processes and workflows that the RPA solution will automate, including the ability to analyze, design, and document workflows.
  5. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and RPA solutions.
  6. Communication and Collaboration Skills: The ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project teams to ensure that RPA solutions meet business requirements.
  7. Attention to Detail: The ability to pay close attention to details such as data accuracy, workflow errors, and performance metrics, in order to ensure that RPA solutions are of high quality and meet business needs.
  8. Continuous Learning: The ability and willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and best practices, to improve skills and remain competitive in the job market.
