Position : Risk Management & Internal Audit

About The Role :

We are currently seeking Risk Management & Internal Audit to participate in conduct enterprise risk management process and conduct risk-based internal audit. For this role, you will act as a business partner for all Departments.

What You Will Do ?

• Conduct Enterprise Risk Management process which entails risk identification, risk assessment, risk mitigation, risk monitoring, risk reporting and maintain information in the risk register

• Conduct risk-based internal audit, including audit preparation, audit fieldwork, audit reporting, and audit recommendations follow-up

• Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in each function are complete and based on actual business processes

• Conduct fraud investigation or other special review as required by management

• Act as a business partner for all Departments in terms of questions, consultations, and training requirements.

• Provide and deliver relevant socializations/trainings necessary to employees in order to build an anti-fraud culture and good corporate governance

What You Will Need ?

• Have attention to details and accuracy, good communication skills, presentation skill, data analytical skills and logical thinking
• Ability to collaborate and work closely with any department to define acceptable solutions
• Having certification related to Risk Management/Internal Audit is preferable
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Management
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Highly assertive, organized, proactive and independent
• Have experience in audit and risk management role at the FMCG or pharmaceutical industries Min 5 years
• Willing to be placed in Head Office Altira Sunter, North Jakarta
• English – fluent in spoken, writing and reading
