Job Description

Otten Coffee Retail Sales Advisor works on the retail shop providing assistance directly to customers. Your duties include greeting customers who enter the store, managing Point of Sale system an helping customers find their coffee needs in the store to secure purchases.

Responsibilities :


  • Highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods and experiences.
  • Receive and unload new shipments
  • Cleaning, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
  • Stay up to date with merchandise, especially new products
  • Maintain a clean store and ensure that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner
  • Taking payments for purchases and packaging purchases
  • Determine customers needs and wants and recomending products and demonstrating how coffee brewing equipment works.
  • Keep shelves fully stocked with merchandise
  • Informing customers about sales, promotions and policies
  • Adhere to company guidelines and procedures
  • Taking inventory count periodically
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service


Qualifications :

  • Must be attentive to customers needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask and be flexible
  • Basic computer skills
  • Passionate about coffee and eductation
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have proficient math skills to handle cash and credit card payments
  • Experience in sales is preferred
  • Be able to follow simple directions and demonstrate accountability.
  • Product and knowledge of sales standards and customer service routines
  • Ability to manage schedules and inventory
  • Must have a positive work attitude and team player
