Job Description

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
  • Minimum experience in hospitality: 5 years
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree S1 (hospitality major will be prioritized)
  • Willing to relocate to Ubud, Bali
  • Driving license: SIM A


s:

  1. Overseeing the daily operations of the resort including check-in, check-out, and maintenance
  2. Overseeing personnel, including receptionists, kitchen staff, and office employees.
  3. Handling complaints from guests or other employees in a timely manner
  4. Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
  5. Planning special events
  6. Ensuring that the resort is in compliance with local laws, state regulations, and federal requirements
  7. Training, scheduling, motivating, and disciplining employees
  8. Maintaining the high reputation of the resort in OTAs
  9. Daily, weekly, monthly report to the board
