As R&D Specialist, your role will involve identifying untapped opportunities in the market, conceptualize product ideas, and contribute to the launch of the product. We are seeking a candidate with enthusiasm for product development and is aligned with our mission to revolutionize the snack industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer and consumer research to assess the viability of new product offerings.
• Engage in collaborative partnerships to successfully introduce new product ideas to the market.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement enhancements in processes to improve overall product quality and efficiency.
• Find fresh ideas for product innovation by identifying consumer trends and existing offerings in the market.
• Create and formulate products that not only satisfy customer demands but also align with our brands.

Qualifications

• Possesses strong analytical and market research skills.
• Familiarity with different types of snack production is a plus.
• A team player with excellent communication abilities.
• Proactive in addressing challenges and resourceful in finding solutions.
• Minimum of three years of practical experience in product development.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
