This is a full-time on-site Rental Manager role located in Tangerang. The Rental Manager will be responsible for day-to-day rental management tasks associated with heavy equipment leasing. This includes tasks related to lease administration, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction. The Rental Manager will need to be well versed in all aspects of rental management, have excellent interpersonal skills and be a good communicator.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and build strong customer relationships
• Proven track record of ensuring customer satisfaction
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong skills in Rental Management and Lease Administration
• Experience in the Lifting Equipment industry is a plus
