JOBDESK
  • Memonitor keterlambatan pembayaran kredit nasabah (kunjungan ke rumah nasabah atau visit)
  • Memberikn informasi dan edukasi kepada nasabah terkait dengan aalternatif cara-cara pembayaran yang dapat dilakukan
  • Mengingatkan nasabah terkait keterlambatan dalam pembayaran
  • Mengingatkan dan melakukan pendekatan kepada nasabah untuk menyelesaikan tagihan dan keterlambatan pembayaran
  • Keterlambatan bersifat ringan (di bawah 2 bulan) sehingga lebih berorientasi pada komunikasi persuasif dan hubungan baik
