Regional Seo Specialist Jobs

The Regional SEO Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve the online visibility and organic search rankings of a company's website within a specific region. The role involves conducting thorough keyword research, optimizing website content, monitoring website performance, and implementing various on-page and off-page SEO techniques. The Regional SEO Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to drive regional organic search growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated on SEO trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in regional SEO. Apply new techniques and strategies to continuously improve regional search rankings
• Optimize website content: Create and implement on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structure. Ensure website content is optimized for relevant keywords and regional search intent. Work with marketing teams for SEO optimization of new pages and product launched
• Develop and execute SEO strategies for assigned markets: Develop regional SEO strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience. Conduct comprehensive keyword research, analyze competitor websites, and identify opportunities to optimize organic search rankings within the assigned markets.
• Reporting and analysis: Generate regular reports on SEO performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Perform competitor analysis where needed.
• Monitor website performance: Use SEO tools and analytics platforms to track and analyze website performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance website visibility and user experience.
• Local SEO optimization: Implement local SEO techniques to improve the website's visibility within the specific region, such as optimizing Google My Business listings, managing online directories, and obtaining local citations. Collaborate with the content team to ensure that regional content is optimized for search engines. Provide keyword recommendations, optimize content structure, and incorporate SEO best practices in regional content creation.
• Technical SEO implementation: Collaborate with the web development team to implement technical SEO best practices, such as optimizing website speed, improving mobile-friendliness, and implementing structured data markup.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with content management systems (esp AEM) and website development processes.
• Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools. Knowledge of Adobe Analytics will be a big plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a focus on regional SEO.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SEO.
