Open Job Position: Product Designer – R&D (Mandarin Speaker)

Level : Staff – Supervisor – Assistant Manager

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's Degree in industrial product designer, Graphic Designer, Design Communication Visual, Material Sciences, Fashion Designer and from a reputable university.

2.Business Mandarin proficiency (minimum HSK 5 or similar) and Conversational English proficiency.

3.Have 3 years of work experience in Product Design and R&D Department.

4.Have expertise in drawing programs (Autocad, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw)

5.Excellent project management, research, data analysis and problem-solving skills

6.Expert understanding of packaging material properties and equipment interactions

7.Strong understanding of continuous improvement principles and tools

8.Expert understanding of packaging equipment (Cutting machine) & systems used in the assembling manufacturing.

9.Willing to be based in Serang - Banten.

Main :

1.Create design scopes, manufacturing operating guides and specifications

2.Develop concepts, products, and solutions of a new or existing products

3.Perform other tasks given by direct superior or management

4.Sketch ideas & create renderings, on paper or computer that provide a visual design idea

5.Transfer new technologies and products into and out of the company

6.Get involved in the investigation of new technologies (experience and familiar with automatic cutting machine)

7.Encourage high working motivation, maintaining discipline, preparing development, and training, and performing annual evaluation and appraisal for all personnels in R&D teams

8.Conduct risk assessment and rationalization of specifications related to analysis, transfer, verification, and validation methods

9.Support manager to hire and develop R&D personnel Communicating the product planning

10.Comply target of R&D based on ISO quality management system & environmental management system.
