The Labyrinth Collective is a project located inside a 50ha newly developed destination in Pantai Nyanyi Tabanan (10 drive from Canggu area), its a place where we combine art and technology to create an immersive place.

This new developed project will consists of The Labyrinth Studio, The Dome, Taman Tera, music studio, a theatre and exhibition area, wellness and spa experience, as well as its own park and plaza - We are seeking a talented and creative graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in various design mediums.

Responsibilities:

1. Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other related expenses
2. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring that costs remain within the approved budget. Monitor and control project expenses, identifying areas of cost overruns and implementing corrective measures to maintain financial efficiency
3. Procurement: Assist in the procurement process by preparing tender documents, evaluating bids from contractors and suppliers, and negotiating contracts to secure the best possible pricing and terms
4. Value Engineering: Collaborate with design teams and construction professionals to identify cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality or functionality
5. Contract Administration: Administer construction contracts, including reviewing and processing payments, assessing variations and claims, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
6. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks and uncertainties that could impact project costs. Develop strategies to mitigate risks, such as implementing contingency plans and insurance coverage
7. Cost Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project costs, providing stakeholders with accurate and timely information on budget status, cost projections, and financial performance
8. Quantity Takeoff: Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications to determine the quantities of materials required for each project element
9. Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
10. Compliance and Regulations: Stay up to date with industry standards, building codes, regulations, and legal requirements relevant to construction projects. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to cost management and procurement

Requirements:

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is typically required
2. Knowledge and Skills: A strong foundation in construction and project management principles is essential. Some key areas of knowledge and skills include:

• Budgeting and financial analysis
• Procurement and tendering processes
• Construction contracts and legal aspects
• Building regulations and codes
• Cost estimation and control techniques
• Risk management and value engineering
• Quantity takeoff and measurement methods

3. Experience: Specialized positions often require several years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on construction projects

4 . IT Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in quantity surveying is crucial. This includes knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software, cost estimating software, project management software, and spreadsheets for data analysis

5 . Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical skills are necessary to perform accurate cost estimations, financial analysis, and risk assessments. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating with project teams, negotiating with suppliers and contractors, and presenting cost reports to stakeholders

6 . Attention to Detail: Quantity Surveyors deal with precise measurements, calculations, and documentation. Attention to detail is vital to ensuring accurate cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and contract administration.

7 . Professional Ethics: Quantity Surveyors must adhere to professional ethics and standards, including honesty, integrity, and confidentiality. They should be able to handle financial matters responsibly and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in their interactions with clients, contractors, and colleagues
