Quality Specialist Jobs

Summary
The Quality Assurance Technician performs product inspection of finished products, assemblies and compounds for good manufacturing practices (GMP) to verify product meets specifications and are free of damage or defects.

Key Responsibilities/essential Functions Include

• Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations and work for conformance to specifications
• Comply with EHS regulations & policies
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions
• Mark items with details such as grade and acceptance or rejection status
• Generate, review and approve defects on eDMS/NCMR according with inspections
• Dispose or reject products, material and equipment not meeting specifications
• Verify conformance to specifications and protocols and report outcomes

Quality Expectations

• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 is a plus,
• At least intermediate level of active English (daily contact with foreign colleagues) is required,
• Participate on lean AWO.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Knowledge of Gas Turbine components repair will be advantageous,
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Good command in English, both written and oral
• 3 months of working experience in Manufacturing
• Ability to work across organizational lines
• Capable to write a working report
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Familiar with SAP ERP is a plus
• Min. D3 Engineering or Technical High School (SMK),
