Quality Control Inspector Jobs

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Willing to be placed in Pondok Cabe Airport, South Tangerang
• Must be familiar with the inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used to determine the serviceability of an article on which maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations are being performed.
• Experiences in working as Quality Inspections for more than 4 years.
• Communicative in English both orally and written.
• Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Aviation/ equivalent experience/combined education.
• Hold AMEL Category A with AS332 experience are more preferred.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Manage people and organizational function as well as develop strategies for resource planning and utilization
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Promote quality, safety and continuous improvement across the IDS group of companies
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of the Quality Management System (QMS), Safety Management System (SMS) & Document Management System (DMS) across the IDS group of companies.
• Ensure that the quality assurance system is deployed and is compliant and effective, in line with corporate requirements, industry best practices / standards and current regulatory requirements.
• Manage, facilitate and govern all non-conformances by ensuring all quality investigations (internal and external);
• Lead relevant quality and safety initiatives and/or training programs to internal/external stakeholders to foster and promote a quality and safety culture;
• Participate in special projects to support IDS group of companies’;
• Manage the internal authorization system and ensure the qualifications of all employees are met in accordance to governing regulations and requirements.
• Enforce strict compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements as well as policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership to ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with the required standards to ensure conformance to the specifications and requirements of the Quality QMS across the IDS group of companies, and for promoting a safety culture.
• Ensure policies and procedures meet the needs of the IDS group of companies and comply with governing regulations and requirements.
• Monitors changes to global regulations and ensures policies and procedures reflect applicable changes, implements quality system best practices, and communicates policies on the QMS across the IDS group of companies.
• Well versed in documentation and relevant applicable governing regulations/legislations across the IDS group of companies;
