Quality Assurance Manager Jobs

We are assisting our client to hire Quality Manager for their office/plant in Tangerang. Our client is an established manufacturing company with 30+ years presence in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and update organization structure of department/section.

2. Create departmental work program to achieve quality objective.

3. Perform mapping of quality objective to each section so that clear target can be achieved.

4. Make job description for sub department head / section head / Senior Leader / Senior Staff.

5. Ensure that each section has work program to achieve the target.

6. Monitor, follow up, and evaluate all activity based on work program.

7. Make departmental budget and propose it to General Manager every designated time period.

8. Ensuring standard inspection is available, evaluated, and updated consistently.

9. Ensuring method, tools, time, and inspection process runs as SOP.

10. Ensuring maintenance schedule, calibration, and measuring tool fulfilled on time.

11. Evaluate performance of the quality assurance & control especially on the prevention of NG parts

flowing to the next process and NG parts being made in each of production process.

12. Carry out continuous improvement process to increase the performance of quality assurance &

control.

13. Ensuring corrective action get to the root of the problem.

14. Ensuring cross department/section activity in correction action with the right procedure, on target,

and in due time.

15. Ensuring company programs such as trainings, 5S, K3L, QCC, CR, and Kaizen in Production

Department 1 run according to the set targets.

16. Conduct daily Gemba in quality assurance & control area to ensure the work program works well

and on target.

17. Involvement in APQP team in the development of new product.

Key Requirement:

1. Working experience minimum 3 years.

2. Understand the basic of manufacturing process, mechanical engineering drawings, industrial

machines, layout and leadership.

3. Has the ability in managing team, communicate with fellow department heads, problem solving,

and decision making.

4. Has experience in die casting industry.
