Job Description
  • Ensuring the quality of materials and products according to given specifications and standards by providing support and guidance to team members
  • Reviewing employee productivity and performance to ensure they meet clients' requirements or recommending improvements to meet quality standards
  • Compliance with legal and other regulations in the operation of facilities, buildings and equipment in the immediate area of responsibility as well as the job safety of the employed staff.
  • Investigate customer complaints related to the Quality Department.
  • Continuous improvement of quality processes and standard by improving systems, equipments and personnel in QC
  • Control and maintenance of inspection equipment to meet all compliance standards
  • Control and maintenance 5S and safety of QC area


Qualifications
