Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Perform quality inspection in all areas (inbound, production, inventory, outbound, delivery)
  2. Implementation of quality inspection methods/SOP
  3. Update/brief product knowledge/product specification to the inspectors
  4. Perform internal quality audit
  5. Provide weekly quality report
  6. Escalate non-conformity (quality issue/food safety issue) by creating CAR
  7. Support trials and experiment directed by R&D team
  8. Participate in product spec alignment meeting with sourcing, purchasing and category team
  9. Evaluate inspectors/daily workers performance (sampling, inspection, audit)
  10. Discuss/sharing audit findings with related department
  11. Utilize updated document
  12. Monitor inspection data input
  13. Support CS team in handling quality complaint- Implement updated regulations implementation (ISO, Halal, HACCP, GMP)


Qualifications

  • Have basic knowledge in GMP, 5R, FSMS (ISO 22000), QM (ISO 9000), HACCP, Halal
  • Have basic knowledge in food product/characteristics
  • Deep understanding in RCA and complaint handling
  • Minimum Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition, Agriculture, Industrial Engineering
  • Understanding problem solving method
  • Undestanding Document Control
  • Have basic knowledge in QA/QC principle
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance
  • Embrace working in team primciple
