Purchasing Staff Jobs

Responsible for assisting purchasing managers in supporting needs related to raw material purchasing activities

• Conduct Material Receive List report activities per month
• Ensure the purchasing process takes place smoothly until the product arrives at the factory.
• Purchasing raw materials, especially local raw materials by presenting price comparisons based on supplier offers.
• Estimate the daily material arrival schedule and inform the estimate to other relevant departments
• Manage delivery schedules and monitor material arrivals

Requirements

• Great negotiable with supplier
• Know and understand the process of procurement of raw materials from the selection of suppliers, and the distribution process, to acceptance at the factory
• Know the variety of local raw materials and acceptance of quality standards
• Willing to work at Marisa, Gorontalo
• Preferably graduated with Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Able to join immediately
