Summary


Join the exciting journey at Vong Kitchen & Le Burger, two renowned restaurants led by the esteemed 3-Michelin Star chef, Jean-Georges, and his son Cédric Vongerichten, who Zagat has recognized as one of the top 30 up-and-coming chefs under 30.


VONG Kitchen, a restaurant that aims to attract a mix of celebrities, socialites, and influential figures from the business world, also features a vibrant night bar.


On the other hand, Le Burger is a new, modern, and artistic restaurant with an industrial ambiance that captures the dynamic vibe of downtown New York City in Jakarta. We proudly serve signature burgers complemented by delightful sides and desserts.


Qualifications


The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:


  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a PR Manager in a 5-star hotel or resort
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and training skills
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or similar
  • Motivated, energetic, and positive personality with a guest service focus
