What you will do:

• Handle corporate litigation cases that may arise, including researching legal issues, drafting and filing legal documents, representing the company, and negotiating settlements
• Give initiative, design, execute, and monitor legal compliance activities to comply with regulations
• In charge, monitor, and influence regional government regulatory and policy landscape and issues, for the public policy and government relations division
• Attend meetings and events with associations, regulators, and government agencies
• Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks that may arise, working with other departments to develop risk management strategies
• Advocating regulators to ensure the company continues to run well and aligning company priorities with government priorities
• Build and maintain a good relationship with government, non-government, and stakeholders

You'll fit in this job if you:

• At least 4 years of experience in a related field, with a preference for candidates with a background in a law firm or legal environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Experience in handling litigation
• Execute each task with a high level of ownership
• Willing to be placed in Bandung and have frequent business travel (expenses will be covered by Bobobox)
• Familiar with hospitality businesses would be a plus point
• Have a good network with government and non-government stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with government officials, regulators, and local communities.
