Project Supervisor (Interior Fit-Out)

Project Supervisor (Interior Fit-out) will be responsible for day-to-day operations of Interior Design Project, coordinate with Interior Design Team on all scheduling, resources, personnel and material orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and organize resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Responsible to manage any delays or problems encountered on site.
• Assist Interior Design Manager to prepare Budget Estimate Plan.
• Supervise fixtures production and installation process on site.
• Assist Interior Design Manager to developing fixtures in details for interior store in terms of design and functional effectiveness as well as finishing materials.
• Provide time schedule and work plan.
• Report and update due to the ongoing projects.
• Managing the QA, QC, and HSE of work carried out.
• Organize to keep within the timescale and budget of a project.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders such as clients, designers, subcontractors, etc.
• Manage to work on multiple projects.
• Assist Interior Design Manager to define project scope and objectives.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

• Having capacity to produce detailed Bill of Quantity (BQ) and Budget Estimate Plan.
• Quality & initiative minded to achieve all deadlines
• Detail oriented.
• Willing to be placed in BSD, Taman Tekno.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork ability.
• Proficient in AutoCad.
• Experience in managing interior fit out project especially in retail fashion design & build.
• Well organized and excellent reporting skills.
• Bachelor's degree and 2 - 3 years of experience in related field.
• Mature and excellent communication skill.
