Project Officer Jobs

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, implementation and coordination of projects that deliver effective business unit outcomes and meet client service delivery needs.
• Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required, including status updates, reports, budgets and discussion papers to manage the flow of information.
• Liaise and work across Business Dept. and other stakeholders to ensure effective interface between program development, planning, service design and policy implementation.
• Work effectively with team members towards mutual continued development and provide feedback to each other on project work undertaken.
• Deliver on assigned projects and processes within agreed upon deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage and oversee particular aspects of projects and implementations, including developing and monitoring project plans, searching & coordinating resources, risk mapping, and monitoring budgets to ensure successful project milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Has a growth mindset and ability to communicate well with several stakeholders and come up with solution within the project progress.
• Good attention to detail and organized individuals who is able to build project management system and maintain the use of the system though all stakeholders.
• Bachelor degree in Management or Business related major is a plus.
• Advance understanding in project management system, business workflow, and tools, especially related to business related project in business research and digital marketing.
