Project Mep Manager Jobs

Qualifications:

• Understand safety, hygiene and health standards for factory buildings.
• Have experience designing HVAC, Firefighting, Electrical Powerhouse, Wastewater Treatment, and others.
• Experience designing MEP systems for food, beverage or cosmetic factories.
• Having a Madya Expert certification is prioritized.
• Minimum S1 related field (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
• Ready to be placed in Kino Tower - Alam Sutera, Tangerang
• Have work experience in the same field for at least 3 years.
• Have experience in designing and drawing mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations for industrial projects.
• Able to operate design programs such as: Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, etc.
• Have experience designing factory utilities including utility machine installation (Boiler, Compressor, Chiller, etc.)

:

• Planning, designing, and supervising the project, starting from the Pre-Design stage to the installation and testing commissioning stage.
• Calculate and analyze the quantity in the Draft Cost Budget.
• Planning, designing, and supervising projects related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
