Job Description

As a Project Management Instructor, your primary role is to deliver comprehensive training in project management principles, the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, and effective utilization of Primavera P6 software. Your expertise will empower participants to excel in project management practices, successfully prepare for the PMP® exam, and leverage advanced software tools for project planning and execution. By conducting engaging sessions, developing tailored materials, and providing guidance, you will enable learners to bridge theory with practical application, equipping them for success in real-world projects and PMP® certification pursuits.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging training sessions on project management concepts, Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, and effective utilization of Primavera P6 software.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, guides, and exercises, covering project management principles and PMP® exam content.
  • Stay updated with the latest features of Primavera P6 software, developments in project management methodologies, and changes in PMP® exam content.
  • Collaborate with fellow trainers and colleagues to share best practices, resources, and PMP® exam insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, performance evaluations, and progress in PMP® exam preparation.
  • Assist in promoting training programs, emphasizing the value of acquiring project management, Primavera P6, and PMP® exam skills.
  • Address participants' questions, concerns, and challenges related to project management practices, PMP® certification, and Primavera P6 usage.
  • Commit to personal professional development to maintain expertise in project management, Primavera P6, and the PMP® certification.
  • Facilitate the transfer of practical project management knowledge, PMP® exam strategies, and Primavera P6 skills.
  • Gather feedback from participants to continually enhance training content, delivery methods, and PMP® exam preparation techniques.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to schedule and promote training sessions effectively, considering PMP® exam timelines.
  • Document common issues and solutions related to Primavera P6 software usage and PMP® exam challenges.
  • Provide guidance and support as participants practice using Primavera P6 for project scenarios aligned with PMP® knowledge areas.
  • Assess participants' skill levels and familiarity with PMP® concepts to tailor training content accordingly.



Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification is required.
  • Prior experience in teaching or training on project management concepts and Primavera P6 software is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
