Job Description

Hi, We're looking for Project Admin Staff!


Requirements:

  • Have working experience min 1 year in project admin staff or related
  • Minimum education S1
  • Self-motivated, cheerful, and a team player
  • Domicile in Bali, willing to work mobile for manpower visit
  • Knowledge of basic project management
  • Possess outstanding analytical thinking, multi-tasking work habit, and strong attention to detail.
  • Proven time management and organisational skills


:

  • Monitor and supervise manpower for projects, located in several cities in Indonesia
  • Monitor and track projects delivery
  • Manage project support personnel : work allocation, training and problem solving
  • Create project progress implementation report and communicate regularly to Project Manager
