About the Role:

Skystar Ventures is seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Officer to join our team. The Program Officer will be responsible for managing our incubation programs and supporting our startup founders. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, experience in program management, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including university faculty, alumni, and other incubators
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our incubation programs and make recommendations for improvements
• Manage Skystar Ventures' incubation programs, including coordinating events, workshops, and mentorship sessions
• Work closely with our startup founders to understand their needs and provide support and resources accordingly

Requirements:

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in English fluently
• Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, including but not limited to, marketing, and business development
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Google Docs, Slides & Sheets)
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, computer science, information technology or a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in program management, preferably in a startup incubator or accelerator (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
• Passion for entrepreneurship and helping startups succeed
