Job Description
Program Coordinator & Office Administrator
As a Bali Internships’ Program Coordinator & Office Administrator you will provide day to day support for the team, from online correspondences, operational field work to independent and advanced clients support.

Qualifications
-Indonesian
-Fluency in written and spoken English
-Understanding tasks/assignments and goals
-Tasks management, time management
-Correspondence skills
-Problem solving and conflict management skills
-Knowledgeable on required fields (relevant field to Bali Internships’ programs: education, travel, placement service)
-Listening and analytical skills
Computer skills and internet savvy
Main Responsibilities:
-All inquiries correspondences in fluent English and Indonesian
-Responsible for all clients’ running programs, ensuring quality program and service is being delivered.
-Responsible for acting as a liaison/mediator/bridge between clients and host partners. Assists with all related and assigned operational tasks including: introduction day assistance, program visit/feedback/interview assistance, emergency assistance if required, attending all program related events.
