Production Supervisor Jobs

8 Degrees Cheese is an artisanal dairy company based in Bali making high grade cheeses and Greek yoghurts. Our products are sold in supermarkets and high end grocers across Bali and in selected stores in Jakarta.

We are currently hiring for a Production Supervisor to join our team currently located in Dalung, Bali.

This role will be responsible for production activities for cheese and Greek yoghurt

The idea candidate will supervise safe and proper manufacturing of our products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations, and coordinate a small team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.

Responsibilities

• Track metrics
• Ensure the machinery is functional
• Take an active role in continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes
• Manage stock levels according to forecast
• Lead team members
• Ensure all new processes and procedures are documented and implemented
• Make sure that the products and production quality are in line with SOP standards

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree Majoring in Food Technology (or equivalent)
2. Minimum 3 years experience supervising food manufacture
3. Knowledge of BPOM, HALAL and HACCP
4. Practicable experience in Food Processing, Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCPand Good Laboratory Practices
5. Fluent in English
6. Passionate about dairy and cheese production
7. Excellent communication skills, influencing and problem-solving skills
