About The Job


  • Are you passionate about managing schedules, coordinating tasks and ensuring organizational efficiency? We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team!


About The Role


  • This role is only available to Indonesian citizens. As a Production Assistant you will be responsible for managing the vfx artists' work schedules, organizing information flow between the Indonesian and USA production teams, and coordinating artist tasks with other departments. This position requires you to have excellent organizational skills, proficiency in maintaining a database of vfx artists' shot status, managing production notes, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and assignments from Leads and/or to vfx artists.


Requirements


  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • An aptitude to learn new software
  • Knowledge of FTP software is advantageous
  • Prior experience with Shotgrid is a Plus
  • Advanced English skills - both written and spoken
  • A diploma or comparable education in a relevant discipline is required
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
