Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Ability to do the printer installation and maintenance
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • With the knowledge of stock management
  • Can do business trip
  • Ability to work independently


:

  • Developing business processes to streamline product development
  • Working closely with technical support, merchant and government to improve the user experience
  • Analyzing data Smartax to help product management make better-informed decisions
  • Need to manage the printer stock
  • Analyze data into insights for the Product Team.
  • Arrange and host a meeting between merchants and Gov.
  • Overseeing quality assurance checks on new Smartax printer installation
