Product Lead (Counseling) Jobs

We are looking for Product Lead (Counseling).

Job Scope:

• Coordinating and overseeing all product related project. – counselling team.
• Conducting research, planning and execution throughout counselling product lifecycle.
• Managing the quality of counselling product which align with company’s standard.
• Working closely with other teams to ensure product success.
• Managing counseling as the main product of Bloom with the aim to help as many people as possible by providing accessible & affordable mental health service.

Requirements:

• Willing to commit to volunteering for at least 6 months.
• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Psychology, last-year student or fresh graduate are welcome.
• Have a strong interest in mental health issues, especially in counselling.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use creative approaches to provide solutions.
• Excel at project management, great organizational skill, and highly influential.
