Job Description

-Researches, validates, and coordinates the development of new products, from conception to launch

-Ensure the products meet cosmetic regulations

-Monitor and maintain on-time project milestones, managing risks and understanding tradeoffs along the development process while delivering products with the highest standards for quality and performance

-Responsible for internal communication with cross-functional partners as it relates to product briefs, formula feedback, copy & claim, artwork, and regulatory deliverables

-Analyze competitive launches, understand consumer feedback and concerns, source unmet needs

-Oversee quality and safety testing and ensure the formulas are ready for mass production
