Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Ensure broadcast is within time limits
  • Collaborate with Head of Production to select and prioritize video content
  • Communicate with the crew and strategic partners
  • Coordinate with creative department to develop promotion strategies for upcoming events
  • Liaise with the video team to keep technical standards high
  • Add stories and elements that will make the content more attractive
  • Produce social media, podcast, & commercial contents
Requirements
  • Familiarity with camera operation, sound systems and music editing
  • In-depth understanding of the production process
  • Experience as a producer (commercial, talkshow & documenter) or related field
  • Solid experience with digital technology
  • Ability to proofread and edit pieces
  • Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Available to work from the office (Tangerang)
  • Ability to perform efficiently under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, mass communications or relevant field
