Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage, Lead and Develop PPIC team knowledge to ensure all team member can perform well
  • Monitor and analyze production trends, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose proactive measures to ensure uninterrupted operations and on-time delivery.
  • Develop and maintain production plans/ Schedule, considering capacity, resource availability, and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure alignment of production plans with customer demand and delivery schedules.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to optimize product schedule and delivery efficiency.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining manufacturing planning systems and tools (ERP)
  • Conduct data analysis and develop reports on manufacturing performance metrics, including production efficiency, quality, inventory levels, and on-time delivery.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in master planning, production / manufacturing planning, Inventory Control, production process, with a focus on Production schedule and Delivery
  • English Proficient
  • Previous Experience as PPIC Manager / Assistant Manager in Sports Goods Brand or Tier 1 Factory (adidas, Nike, etc) would be preferable
  • More than 2 years experience in leading PPIC Department
  • Good Analytical Skill
  • Advance knowledge in ERP, Excel, Power Point
  • Hold Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain.
