:

1. Ensuring the availability of finished products in accordance with marketing forecasts and customer requests.
2. Process incoming sales orders and ensure production schedules run on time.
3. Analyze & monitoring all production planning by taking into account demand data, production capacity, delivery planning, warehouse capacity and other matters that have a significant impact to ensure production runs on time and according to demand.
4. Develop improvement stategic production, warehouse, delivery planning and capacity.
5. Collaborate with all stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor Degree's in Industrial Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Manufacturing plant as PPIC Manager.
3. Proven experience and excellent knowledge of production planning inventory control principles.
4. Experience in using Future Master and / or SAP would be an advantage.
5. Excellent English communication skill is a MUST.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Placement at Sidoarjo, East Java.
