We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be responsible for developing a robust sales pipeline, responding to inbound inquiries and increasing our outbound activity. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in bringing on new business and love the challenges that come with prospecting in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

●Prospect into different accounts / industries and identify new opportunities

●Respond to and maintain a high conversion rate from inbound and outbound leads

●Present and clearly articulate Jenfi’s value proposition to companies

●Track sales activities through a CRM platform

●Play an active role in the creation and iteration of sales processes

●Identify target accounts for new outbound sales and marketing campaigns

●Meet and exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and new business leads

●Introduce and onboard partners onto the Jenfi platform and ecosystem

Skills

●Ability to adapt and thrive in a start-up environment

●Must have fluent verbal and written skill in Bahasa and English

●Ability to research and analyze market insights and trends for target fit

●Communicate effectively with all levels of executives within an organization

●Proficiency with CRM system

●Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Powerpoint and Excel

Experience

●Consistent track record of exceeding quota

●Target driven and strong customer consultative communication

●Prior experience in startup industry in value add
