Responsibilities

Journal Online Manager (Based on OJS) :

• Describing, implementing, and regularly reviewing policies for handling ethical issues and allegations or findings of misconduct by authors and anyone involved in the peer review process;
• Making editorial decisions with reasonable speed and communicating them in a clear and constructive manner;
• Providing guidelines to authors for preparing and submitting manuscripts, aim and focus, validate a document against a pre-submission guidelines;
• Informing authors of solicited manuscripts that the submission will be evaluated according to the journal’s; standard procedures or outlining the decision-making process if it differs from those procedures;
• Developing mechanisms, to ensure timely publication of accepted manuscripts.
• Create reports/reccords submission papers;

KM and Data Science Management :

• Develop components of data strategy and methods that improve quality, accessibility and publications of data;
• Create Data Management Plan aligned with the organizational needs and ethical issues.
• Evaluate and design data models, including metadata.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading (English), understand a scientific papers;
• Have great interest in computational logic (linux);
• Have great interest in Library Science.
• Have great interest in data science, statistical theory, computational logic.
• Understand citation and bibliography concepts;
• Understand a cross-referencing theory and application;
• Understand a simple statistical analysis (Excel, SPSS);
