Penanggung Jawab Operasional (Security)

Responsibilities

• To be involved in the site HSE Committee
• Maintaining daily attendance or muster reports, immediately reporting any manning gaps or non-compliance
• Reports any local or regional security threats that may affect the safety, security or continuity of the project
• Coordinate, lead and manage security emergency response plans utilizing all assets under his command to maximize efficiency in response, prevent harm, damage or loss, and support recovery and a return to normal operations
• Be capable to analyse and trend HSE data into useful tables and charts.
• Organize and manage HSE meetings or department events.
• Provide the Client Project Security Coordinator with a daily situation report that confirms:
• Manage, maintain, review and appraise all security personnel performance, discipline and development;
• Support Client in the conduct of Security Incident Investigations in order to identify and report immediate and root causes of any security event and provide short and long term remedial actions to prevent re-occurrence
• To conduct a quality review and then distribute HSE incident alerts.
• To verify and ensure HSE reports and data are accurate and up to date.
• Capable of identifying and proposing improvements in the HSE Management System.
• To motivate and encourage sites to submit data, reports and incidents on time.

Qualifications

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees.
• Ability to identification and evaluation of hazards in the workplace
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Have Certified POP is the must
• Having good knowledge of vocational health and safety in Mining Industry
• Ability to identify and implement preventative measures to reduce employee exposure to hazards
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Willing to be placed in Timika, Papua
• Direct work experience in project management capacity
• Able to format and develop presentations
• Having good knowledge and understanding of technical, operation, administrative principles and procedures of Health and Safety Implementation.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience
