Since 2019, we have accelerated the careers of thousands of students and helped them work in reputable companies in Indonesia, but there’s still plenty to be done.

If you have experience and skills in recruiting passionate trainers as well as ensuring a smooth talent acquisition process, then this position is suitable for you.

More specifically you will:

• Screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Communicate and negotiate with mentors to define schedules and ensure their availability for training sessions.
• Identify and establish partnerships with practitioner trainers with 5 years work-experience in specific fields by utilizing various recruitment channels, including online platforms, social media, job boards, and professional networks, to source and attract high-quality trainers.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
• Foster strong relationships with mentors and provide necessary support to ensure their satisfaction and commitment.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills to negotiate and coordinate with trainers
• Have at least 2 years of experience in sourcing and partnering with trainers. Experienced as Recruiter/Partnership for acquiring Pra-kerja trainers are preferred.
• Ability to handle scheduling conflicts and make adjustments efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Information System, International Relations, Marketing Communication or related area
• Detail-oriented with a focus on punctuality and schedule adherence.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
