Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Operational Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of operational processes and company performance. Identify areas that require improvement or increased efficiency.
  2. Strategy Development: Design operational strategies to achieve business goals. Align company objectives with specific operational strategies and measure their impact on business outcomes.
  3. Tactical Planning: Formulate tactical plans based on established strategies. Identify concrete steps for implementing strategies in day-to-day operations.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze operational performance. Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the success of strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  5. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of strategies. Communicate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and resolve obstacles.
  6. Innovation Opportunity Identification: Seek innovative opportunities within operations that can enhance efficiency, reduce costs, or improve product/service quality.
  7. Project Management: Manage strategic projects related to operations. Oversee schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  8. Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage the established operational budget to ensure efficient usage and alignment with plans.
  9. Reporting: Compile regular reports to senior management on the progress of operational strategies, goal achievement, and performance analysis.
  10. Team Development: Develop the operational team's skills, knowledge, and understanding of the company's operational strategies.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Operations Management, Business, or a related area.
  2. Relevant experience in operational analysis, strategy development, or project management.
  3. Strong analytical skills to analyze operational data and formulate strategies based on findings.
  4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments effectively.
  5. Excellent communication skills, including presenting data and reports to stakeholders.
  6. In-depth understanding of operations management principles, operational efficiency, and process improvement methodologies.
  7. Proficiency in using analytical tools and necessary software.
  8. Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic environment.
