Job Description

SITE MANAGER:


Responsibilities:

Make long term and short term work plans

Set achievement targets and monitor work results

Delegate tasks/projects to team members

Be the primary point of contact for all team needs

Prepare ways of communicating to all leaders to suit company goals

Perform quality control on all projects

Do forecasting and budgeting

Ensuring the project is completed according to the timeline, according to quality and according to the budget.

Condition :


Qualification:

Candidates are graduates (S1) or other equivalent graduates ( Prefer: Civil Enginering)

5 years experience in related field.

Have language skills (English, Bahasa Indonesia) at (basic/fluent) level

Have the ability and experience in project management methodologies

Ability to organize and share time and good communication

Firm, conscientious, honest, and disciplined.
