Offshore Technician Jobs

Our Client is looking for Indonesian Offshore Technician, to support a 180 days abrasive cutting scope in Thailand . The successful candidate will assemble, test, operate, service and maintain Client's and third party equipment offshore.

Equipment to service and maintain for offshore operation will include:

• Internal abrasive Cutting Tool
• Ultra High Pressure Jetting Pump
• Diamond Wire Saws
• Hydraulic Grabs
• Hydraulic Shears
• Abrasive Mixing Unit

• To be responsible for own safety and the safety of others within the workplace by working in a safe, organised and efficient manner
• To ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Client's policies and guidelines
• Actively participate in workshop related activities in an effort to continually improve the working environment, processes and procedures
• To compile & complete maintenance work packs, update certification records and other documentation
• To follow appropriate procedures during assembly, testing, operations, servicing and maintenance of this equipment
• Carry out project mobilisations and demobilisations onsite as required

Job Requirements

• Valid Offshore Medical with 6 months validity from time of application
• Knowledge of hydraulic circuits
• Good knowledge of abrasive cutting tools
• COVID-19 Fully vaccinated + booster shot
• Time served in equipments mentioned above essential
• Valid BOSIET with CA-EBS with 6 months validity from time of application
• Good knowledge of subsea services industry equipment
• Candidates with diesel, hydraulic, UHP or HP water pumping experience preferred
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic control systems and the control components within these systems
• Qualification in mechanical engineering or similar preferred
• Previous experience in a service workshop environment
