Odoo Business Analyst Jobs

You will be joining our growing, dynamic, and fast-paced team. You will be a part of a team of Functional Consultant that will focus on ERP implementation. We aim to deliver a cutting edge, seamless, effective, and efficient system for our clients.

• Perform documentation - Fit and Gap Analysis, Blueprint, Test-case Scenario and Manual Book
• Perform L1 and L2 support to clients
• Instructs and trains users on use of ERP solutions
• Assist the Project Manager to conduct User Acceptance Testing and Perform Documentations as Required
• Analyse customer business processes and propose the best possible solutions
• Organise and follow-up Odoo implementation process
• Distributing the project plan to the entire team and keeping track of the milestones
• Assist the Project Manager to lead sessions to collect data, documents and other information and create specifications that describe how the system will be implemented for the client.

Requirements

• Analytical mind with excellent data collection skills and data-driven decision making
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Information System, Computer Science or related fields, with minimum GPA 3.00/4 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Odoo ERP is a must
• Passionate about software and data
• Strong Project Management knowledge and skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
• Strong Accounting and Financial Reporting knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Thorough understanding of Business Process Management and Business Process Management Notation (BPMN)
• Growth mindset
• Quick learner and ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and timely decision making skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
