Job Description
  • Oversee nursery activities and seedling production to meet sales goals.
  • Handle K3LH risks (inspection and testing) and ensure proper monitoring and control programs for K3LH.
  • Manage and oversee facility, equipment, and seed production maintenance to ensure smooth nursery operations.
  • Report daily on nursery activities to track performance.
  • Suggest ways to use planting media and seeds effectively and efficiently after quality evaluations.
  • Ensure daily nursery tasks align with set plans to achieve seedling production and sales goals.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Have a good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) of Agribusiness / Agriculture / Plantation / Forestry
  • Willing to be located at Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan
  • Adaptive personality & will be able to work in dynamic work setting.
  • Job Requirements
  • Have minimum 1 year of work experience in the same position
