Netsuite Engineer (1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support and subject matter expertise to users, company employees, contractors, suppliers, or customers.
2. Supporting report writing and analytics efforts for company financial information.
3. Lead data and/or related systems integration projects across the company business domain and specific to NetSuite.
4. Perform integrity testing of system upgrades and development releases prior to migration to production.
5. Perform hands-on coding work on projects as needed.
6. Document business objectives, use cases, business requirements, system specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
7. Fill functional lead or system expert roles on production and sandbox NetSuite environments and related systems.
8. Develop and maintain workflows and processes in NetSuite to optimize the platform.
9. Assist in the development of dashboards and operational reports to provide insight for teams, managers, and executives.
10. Assist in the maintenance of our integrated platform testing application.
11. Evaluate current state, research, and implement effective solution designs to achieve defined business or process objectives.
12. Collaborate with engineering and data team to support integration.

Requirements:

1. Understanding of Oracle NetSuite ERP workflow functionality and processes.
2. Hands-on NetSuite script experience to provide back-end customization.
3. Experience using forms, fields, custom records, and workflows to manage unique business process requirements within the ERP system.
4. Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, reporting creating dashboards, creating custom forms, creating workflows and custom reporting.
5. At least 2 years experience with NetSuite platform.
6. The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently.
7. Familiar with common industry-standard business practices in accounting, e-commerce, and logistics.
8. Good Written and verbal communication skills.
9. Knowledge in other ERP platforms is a plus point.
