Motion Designer Jobs

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Motion Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling and engaging animations, motion graphics, and video content that align with our brand vision and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for a variety of projects, including marketing campaigns, social media content, product videos, and promotional materials.
• Conceptualize and develop storyboards and animatics to visually communicate ideas and concepts effectively.
• Use industry-standard tools and software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to create visually stunning motion designs.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and content teams to understand design requirements, brand guidelines, and communication objectives.
• Collaborate with the video production team to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video projects.
• Incorporate sound design and audio elements to enhance the overall impact of motion projects.
• Deliver projects on time, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Work with video footage and raw assets to edit and composite into final motion deliverables.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends, animation techniques, and best practices in motion design.
• Optimize motion graphics for various platforms and screen sizes, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of design principles, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in motion graphics software, particularly Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of video editing and post-production techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect motion designs.
• Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang
• A passion for creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A degree or diploma in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven at least 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with an impressive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion design projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking creative direction and feedback positively.
