The opportunity

We are looking someone who is good in plan, prepare, and organize annual budget, latest forecast, market review, controlling expense and provide report and its analysis for country performance on regular basis; provide meaningful information, analysis and recommendation of any business initiative, project plan and implementation from financial perspective within prevailing local regulation and corporate policy with the objective to ensure company profitability while maintaining compliant with law and regulation.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Comply with QEHS policy as applicable
• Prepare meaningful financial analysis that is helpful in decision making process
• Prepare, analyze, negotiate, finalize, and submit high quality Annual Budget, Forecast, and Long Term Plan according to Actavis guideline and timeline
• Coordinate Weekly Call Meeting as well as following up action plans formulated
• Prepare a complete and comprehensive Indonesia Controlling Report on monthly basis. Present the summary of report in BOD and Commercial meeting
• Be the owner of Planning system in Indonesia. Provide market review and perform requests/instructions from Global/Regional BP&A

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Experienced in Finance / Accounting area for at least 7 years, with 3 years in supervisory
• University Degree in Finance/Accounting with MM/MBA or professional certification such as CA, CPMA/CMA or CPA is preferable
• Analytical skills, communicative, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with general finance and accounting
• Proficient in excel and data management, organization policy & standard
• Commercial basic band cost management basic knowledge
• Computer literacy (excel, preferable) and English proficiency
