Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with customer service to handle complaints.
  • Track product delivery from the warehouse to channels.
  • Update sales and stock consignment channels in the system frequently.
  • Arrange inbounds schedule at e-commerce.
  • Collect and check photo product, product description, size chart, etc, are ready.
  • Set product promotion.


Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Have attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Fast-learner.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Retail or E-commerce as an Admin is a plus.
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong communication skills.
